I also make something similar(maybe requiring SLIGHTLY more effort) where you thaw and let rise a bread loaf(found in freezer section), roll out in flat rectangular shape on greased cookie sheet, slap half the length with butter, and layer with ham, italian salami, provolone, and/or mozzarella, fold over, pinch sides and make slits, bake for 30 min. on 350 and serve with marinara. This makes for a really casual dinner for friends you don't have to impress too :) I've served it with fruit, chips, and dessert before.
